All orders are dispatched within 24 hours ( excluding weekend orders, orders made Friday afternoons or public holidays). Shipping usually takes 1-3 working days NZ wide, excluding rural delivery’s as these may take longer.
Please note during the busy holiday periods and sale season please allow a few additional working days to ensure you receive your goods in time!
All orders are sent on a tracked service. You will receive an email once your order has been packed and collected from our store with a tracking link attached.
IN STORE COLLECTION- If you select in store collection we will contact you when your order is ready for collection. If you do not hear from us your order is usually ready for collection within 24 hours of time of order.
We are located inside of the Devon and Patterson Flooring building at 63 Kenepuru Drive, Porirua, Wellington 5022. Our operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm.
